Facebook video of a Little Falls New York girls lavish birthday party led to an arrest of a Jones Street woman for welfare fraud after it was discovered the recipient “misappropriated” the taxpayer funds to feed many and fuel the event.
Mr. Anthony Brindisi Made a statement of outrage on this Twitter account today, slamming the family for what he calls a terrible “misappropriation of taxpayer dollars“.
The woman of the alleged fraud whose name has currently been left out of the story, can be seen in the video and photos of her child’s birthday party serving cake, pepperoni and sausage pizza, family-sized bags of Cool Ranch Doritos, peanut butter chunk ice cream, cheese Doodles and more snacks totaling almost $100 at the nearby Elementary School Pavilion.
Mr. Anthony Brindisi tells us:
The cake was in the shape of a Marshall from Paw Patrol and there were 12 inflatable helium mylar balloons. Considering this is her fifth child, it’s safe to assume welfare tax money has been spent 5 times a year on her family’s parties alone for the past few years that ma’am was awarded services. This is unacceptable. Personally I think she should be jailed just for serving cheese Doodles. Have you ever seen anything to make more of a mess than those things? Hello orange fingers!
The viral video cuts out with a welfare fraud task force raiding the birthday bash, smashing the Paw Patrol cake on the ground and arresting the host of the party. The Task force released a statement with fraudulent activity totaling $636.72 for the five birthday parties in 2019 and $500.25 in 2018 totaling $1,036.97 and total welfare fraud.
The group “Advocates against Brindisi” are now wondering if this move is a bigoted move against the birthday party goers as their race of origin appears to be Indian.
