Beto O’Rourke: “Facebook / Xbox trolls would be jailed up to five years if I have my way”

In an exclusive interview with Beto O’Rourke, we sat down with him to find out what exactly grinds the Democrats gears and he was pretty straightforward: “Trolls”.

And he plans on stripping down the “outdated First Amendment”, stating that any offensive content shared by the web that causes any other user any level of stress or discomfort to be charged with a crime.

His proposal, the Online safety act will give local and federal agencies the ability to confiscate Hardware of Internet users at the request of social media platforms. Once the reported content makes its way from the tech Giant’s to law enforcement action will be taken.

When the upsetting content is confirmed, the internet user could face community service all the way up to jail time depending on how severe the comments and frequency of such violations.

And the troll posts are not exclusive to conservative postings on Facebook. 80% of our young people ages 8 to 17 play online video games each year. The tech sector will be given tax credits and encouragement to change their views and insensitivity and to turn over incriminating data to law enforcement.

Beto mentions popular video games such as Fortnite and child safety:

With great power comes great responsibility and I am responsible for our children’s safety. These trolls will be slammed for 5 years if I have my way. Our kids play fortnite they don’t need to learn about “ass to mouth” in the chat Lobby.

I promised to bring a new laws to protect our kids and keep them safe. The 1st amendment was written hundreds of years ago. Its outdated. Facebook / Xbox trolls world be jailed up to five years if I have my way.

This should not come as a surprise to anyone. Other more Civilized Nations such as the UK and New Zealand have these methods already in place. The USA is just following the great leaders of the world.

In 2016 in the UK, a gentleman by the name of James Lemus spent 14 days in jail for an insensitive tweet suggesting Princess Diana was murdered and that it was an inside job. He was arrested on the charge of promoting dangerous dialect with potential for mass hysteria.

In 2017 a gamer in New Zealand was arrested and fined a thousand dollars for poking fun of a fellow gamers stutter. An audio recording of the New Zealander has been a standard of what not to do. In it the culprit can be quoted imitating the gamers speech impediment chiding “you you you can’t hit shit, get gud. Nobody wants you on their team. Go fu fu fuck yourself”

The victim was protected and his disability defended, as the bully was permanently banned from Microsoft servers via IP and gamertag ban. He completed 60 hours of community service and had to register as an internet menace.

In 2018, in the USA, Mark Sherman was NOT arrested for his social media post depicting Michelle Obama with a penis, even though he shared more than 27 images with a penis superimposed over the former first lady with captions such as “I taught Barack how to piss like a man” and “I’ll be Obama’s daddy tonight”. Under the new law, postings such as this will result in a fine for the first offense as the victim in question falls under a protected class, and as it is hate speech towards said class, there will be no need to have an actual victim present.

Politicians such as Rand Paul are vigorously butting heads with the Democrats and what he calls and over reach of power.

The Founders never intended for Americans to trust their government. Our entire Constitution was predicated on the notion that government was a necessary evil, to be restrained and minimized as much as possible.

Stay updated with any future revisions of Betos proposed Online safety act. Thoughts? Sound off in the comments.
