NJ – A Cape May summer home for a prominent politician was raided early Monday morning from a state and federal strike force as well as the FBI, the state labor commissioner announced yesterday in what they are calling one of the most disturbing raids of our generation.
“We thought it was the families summer home. It looked like nothing more than just a great place to vacation. But what we found on the inside was more like a house of horrors” Michael Slate of the NJ strike force states.
The interior had been converted into a fiberboard-and-plywood rabbit warren of crowded living areas FULL of used Acer laptops. Inside and unknown to the public, there was complex ring with razor wire and spiked bars turned inward as if to prevent escape inside every room. Workers were rarely allowed to leave and initial reports have them breeding rabbits for nourishment in the south east wing of the home.
Agents found more than 70 people feverishly working and living in cramped rooms without air conditioning, with as many as 16 crammed into one tiny bedroom, sleeping in bedrolls strewn on the floor.
One man by the name of Rico Gonzalez told agents he had been recruited in El Salvador and had been forced to turn over his passport when he reached the United States. He had spent 2 years working in the Cape May facility and had never been allowed to leave the building or contact his family. A woman who said she had been imprisoned in the facility for seven months said she long ago lost all hope of ever winning freedom.
Rico had a translator near by so we learned this from him:
Adios Mio. They promised me 20 dollars an hour to send back home to my family. They said all I had to do was work with a team to grow this woman’s web presence. It sounded easy… you know, writing tweets and Facebook posts. We had to study liberal politics and then write content for them. A great tourist location with lots of pretty girls. I was game. Now I can not leave. They beat us if we don’t work. They feed us once a day and its usually left over scraps from the sea food restaurant near by. I f**king hate scallops. Dude we are breeding rabbits just to EAT.
“In all reality the captives were paid $100 dollars a month and then charged $120 a month for their food and lodging. They were never going to leave. They were going to die here writing tweets for AOC. And we may believe there are already some unmarked graves being unearthed in the back yard. God knows what we will still uncover. It is incredible. I never would have believed a situation like this could exist in the United States,” Michael Slate said.
All in all they raided her home and discovered 33 Guatemalan immigrants, 20 El Salvadorians and 17 Mexicans. While AOC could not be reached for comment, her lawyer Sal Goldstien had this to say: “There was a lot of good heart behind that, because she knows what’s happening in Guatemala and other nations. Those people need saving and Alexandria was here to do that. You guys have it all wrong and my clients honor will be restored in court. And the barb wire, that was a left over Halloween prop. They LOVE Halloween south of the border don’t you know.”
Here are a few of the tweets recently published by the slave work force who may have started to troll her after being fed up from not being fed:
Others wonder if something more sinister was at hand.
Mike Pompay a Cape May resident claims she uses the white power sign often, and wonders if:
“maybe she is half white? It would explain the white power sign she is always flashing. I bet she is a half white supremacist”.
The slave workers were being held in an ICE detention centers in NYC for possible deportation if they are found to be illegal immigrants. Trumps only comment thus far was a quick tweet as well: “get them OUT. Bye bye”.
